Most people would agree that invasive plants are unwanted. Invasive plants are plants that are intentionally or accidentally introduced by humans into areas outside of their natural habitat. These species can spread rapidly with negative consequences for native species.
Following on from the major global announcement in October 2016 on the discovery of the first electromagnetic counterpart of a gravitational wave source, named GW170817, this new paper has just been published on observations undertaken at the South African Astronomical Observatory (SAAO), which are compared to the latest model predictions. South Africa’s National Development Plan (NDP) is a detailed blueprint for how the country can eliminate poverty and reduce inequality by the year 2030.
