1ANNOUNCEMENT OF SUCCESSFUL APPLICATIONS FOR SARChI FIRST-TIME MASTERS SCHOLARSHIPS FOR FUNDING IN 2024 ACADEMIC YEAR

The Department of Science and Innovation (DSI) and The National Research Foundation (NRF) are pleased to announce the provisional awards for the South African Research Chairs Initiative (SARChI) First-Time Masters Scholarships for studies in 2024. The SARChI Scholarship awards have been made according to the strategic objectives of the SARChI funding instrument, the DSI-NRF Postgraduate Funding Policy and the available budget. The list of successful applications for SARChI Masters Scholarships are listed in Table 1 below. Candidates are either awarded at Full Cost of Study (FCS) or Partial Cost of Study (PCS).
