Announcement of Successful Extension Support Masters and Doctoral for 2023

The National Research Foundation (NRF) and the Department of Science and Innovation (DSI) are pleased to announce the provisional awards for the Extension Scholarship for Masters and Doctoral Studies in 2023. Extension Support for Masters and Doctoral awards have been made according to the strategic objectives of the Extension Support for Masters and Doctoral funding instrument, the DSI-NRF Postgraduate Funding Policy and the available budget. One hundred and eighty-five (185) Masters and one hundred and ninety-two (192) Doctoral applicants were awarded. The list of successful applications for Masters and Doctoral studies are listed in Tables 1 and 2, respectively.
