wpadmin NRF in the News December 4, 2024 The National Research Foundation (NRF), through its Business Advancement division, hosted a successful Partnerships Breakfast on 03 December 2024 at its main campus in Pretoria, ahead of the 2024 Science Forum South Africa. Dr Thandi Mgwebi, Group Executive of Business Advancement, welcomed a diverse group of esteemed partners, colleagues, and friends, including representatives from embassies, the private sector, universities, and sister organisations. The event underscored the vital role that partnerships play in advancing research, innovation, and societal impact. Dr Mgwebi highlighted the NRF’s commitment to fostering collaboration as the key to achieving groundbreaking progress – not only for South Africa but also for the global community. She expressed deep gratitude for the ongoing support from partners whose contributions continue to strengthen South Africa’s research landscape.
