Please submit the following documents together with your quotation:

The attached Standard Bidding Documents fully completed and signed.
A detailed pricing schedule which accommodate all the requirements as outlined in the bid document.
A valid B-BBEE certificate or Sworn Affidavit.
CSD report showing compliance status.
The bidder must sketch out the design and produce the required mould.
The bidder must at least have five (5) years’ experience of supplying similar work. Bidder must submit company profile as proof.
The bidder must provide three (3) valid written reference letters for the work done in the past five (5) years. The reference letters must be dated, signed by the referee and not older than five years OR bidder can provide a list of at least three contactable referees, the list must have the referees name, contact details, details of the project and value, period the project was done.
