High Level Summary of Requirements :	The National Research Foundation (NRF) seeks to appoint a service provider to a service provider with a CIDB GRADING of 2SB to conduct tar refurbishing. This engagement aims to improve vehicle circulation, optimize parking efficiency, enhance site safety and to ensure compliant, safe, and durable facilities that meet operational needs and accessibility standards. Additionally, the existing tar surface and parking bays have potholes and wear resulting from weathering and sustained traffic from staff and external stakeholders’ vehicles. This condition underscores the need for timely refurbishment to restore functionality, safety, and longevity of the parking infrastructure.
