High Level Summary of Requirements:	The National Research Foundation (NRF) hereby invites service providers with a CIDB Grade 2CE or higher CE to tender for the demolition of the existing entrance staircase design, construct a new staircase and modify the existing wheelchair access ramp. The service provider must complete the construction and modification according to the as-built drawings, compile commissioning/hand-over documentation. The construction involves modifying the existing entrance staircase and access ramp to ensure compliance with SANS10400. The scope of work entails the demolition and reconstruction of the entrance staircase and access ramp, as well as modifying stormwater management in some areas to improve drainage and to avoid ponding during rainy seasons. All work will be carried out at the NRF Address: NRF Building, South Gate, CSIR Complex, Meiring Naudé Road, Brummeria, Pretoria.
