High Level Summary of Requirements:	The purpose of this RFQ is to appoint a competent service provider to build organisational capability by training line managers and employees on: • Performance contracting principles and terminology. • The development of clear, measurable, and meaningful Key Performance Areas (KPAs) and indicators. • Effective goal setting, performance monitoring, reviews, moderation, and feedback; and •The consistent and fair application of performance management practices using the NRF’s automated system.
