Select tender number in search by, Enter the tender number, The tender will appear and click on it, you look for tender with the Tick sign ✔ for e-submissions, you click the plus + sign to expand, you scroll down and click start e- submission. Log in with your CSD log in details, you can then proceed from there.
Bids Labelling:	Folders must be titled with the bidder’s company name, bid number, and folder type—for example, ‘Proposal Folder’ and ‘SBD 3.2 Price Folder’—in accordance with the TABs created for submission on the e-Tender Portal.
