High Level Summary of Requirements:	SAEON, Elwandle seeks to appoint a service provider to assist with the entire process (from start to finish) of applying to the South African Civil Aviation Authority (SACAA) for a commercial Unmanned Aerial System Operating Certificate (UASOC). This includes all requisite payments, registrations, compilation of all required documentation and is to include the issuance of an Air Services License (ASL) to allow for compliant UAS operations within South Africa.
