High Level Summary of Requirements:	The SAEON seeks to appoint a service provider for a rental storage space and technical workspace facility for shallow marine and coastal research infrastructure (SMCRI) based in cape town for a period of two (2) years. Elwandle/SMCRI needs to secure space for equipment and boat storage to allow us to perform our operations.
