High Level Summary of Requirements:	SAEON invites suitably qualified service providers to submit quotations for the supply and implementation of a fully managed VoIP telephony solution across its national offices. The contract will cover the provision of approximately 76 desk, executive, cordless, and reception handsets, together with reliable hosted voice services for a period of five years. The solution must integrate seamlessly with SAEON’s existing fibre infrastructure, ensuring cost-effective, scalable, and centrally managed voice communications without any on-premises hosting requirements.
