High Level Summary of Requirements:	Due to network downtimes and shortage of network points within NRF, it is important to have an appointed service provider to do network points installations, fault finding, testing, repair and maintain local area network cabling to ensure data transmission integrity and prevent signal data loss, interference and connectivity failures. On the period of 3 years, NRF is looking to require 200 network points and 150 hours for callout fee to diagnosis the problem and fix the network point or cable.
