Bid Submission:	Electronic submissions must be sent to bids@saiab.nrf.ac.za Bids must be submitted in two separate electronic zipped folders, one with the pdf format technical response meeting contract requirements, and the second with the pdf format tendered financial offer including claimed preference points. The tendered offer folder must be password protected. Folders must be titled with the bidder’s company name and folder title and the Bid Number. Attachments are limited to 25 MB per email. Bidders to select delivery receipt option on their emails to verify they have delivered the file to SAIAB Bidders are to send an email to bids@saiab.nrf.ac.za post submission with the password to their financial envelope.
