High Level Summary of Requirements:	The National Research Foundation (NRF) hereby invites A 2SN CIDB-GRADING Or higher service provider to supply, install and maintain roof waterproofing at the National Research Foundation Premises In Pretoria, Brummeria Following stormy weather, leaks have been identified in multiple waterproofed areas. All torch-on waterproofing applied in the loose lay manner appears to be adhered to the substrate solely by heat fusion at each joint and at the ends, with insufficient adhesion and lack of robust substrate integration. Flashing is loose and cracked, presenting a clear pathway for water seepage. This procurement is to address the water leakages form the roof into the building All work will be carried out at the NRF Address below: NRF Building, South Gate, CSIR Complex, Meiring Naudé Road, Brummeria, Pretoria.
